Took my car in for an inspection. All of the people behind the desk were not only super efficient and friendly with me, but to every other person that walked through the door! Now I know if I need anything else done for my vehicle, Reliable Automotive is going to be my first stop. Truly impressed with this place!

I had tried to get my car inspected here but it was always so busy (but I guess that speaks to the quality of service!). Anyway, I had a flat tire happen to me out of nowhere and was able to get it towed to Reliable. They were super prompt in helping me get back on the road. I highly recommend them, especially if you’re in a pinch!

I dropped my car off to get my brakes fixed. My car was shaking violently anytime I attempted to apply my brakes while driving. I called around to several mechanics and they were booked up and unable to see me on short notice. I called and talked to Tim, and they were able to get my car in to be seen that day! I was told the wait would be a few hours (completely understandable, they seem to have a lot of customers) so they brought me back to my house so I wasn’t stuck up there waiting. I was called back within 3 hours, and told what was wrong with my car and what it would cost to fix. I wound up needing new brake pads and rotors, which I suspected. The cost was reasonable (less than the $600ish I was quoted elsewhere), and they even applied a coupon for me, so my total was less than originally quoted! I got my car back the same day, and she drives beautifully now! I am very happy with the service I received, and I would recommend Reliable Automotive for brake repairs.

Cannot recommend this place enough! I’ve been working with Tim, who has been nothing short of amazing as we navigate my extended warranty for a bad transmission. Communicative, quick responses, realistic and transparent. The shop has experienced technicians and the teamwork is top notch (shout out to Amanda and Dr. J!)

I usually had another spot that I would go to for inspection services but the two times I went in the week the inspector wasn’t there. I called around town and I was greeted by a friendly voice and she said “Yup we are open and we can take care of your state inspection”. I drove over and was welcomed to great service at the counter. An older gentleman made me feel right at home while he took down my information. We made small talk and it was just a friendly encounter. I highly recommend Reliable Automotive for all your service needs. Defiantly will be coming back.

Great trustworthy place to take your vehicle. Sayward and Bryan went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was wrong with my vehicle. They weren’t pushy and told me what needed repairs right now and an estimate on other repairs needed. They have made a customer for life! Thank you so much Bryan and Sayward!

Mr. Halsey took care of me in the office. Very courteous and “dumbed” things down for me when explaining things without treating me like I didn’t know! They informed me of things they thought needed to be done in the near future without ever trying to sell me things I didn’t need or pushing to get things done right now that could wait a few thousand more miles! Truly appreciated all of it! Definitely going to be my new go to shop!

Very honest and trustworthy. I was told what was going on with my car and Scott made sure that the parking break equalizer was readjusted since the prior place over adjusted it and caused my car to drive with half of the parking break engaged for 90 days. I appreciate honesty and clarity and they provided both.
